Emails back and forth with clients and internal staff caused delays, correspondences were often misplaced and completed work created bottlenecks for the accounting team at time to invoice and reporting on manager incentives.

CSI implemented Accord’s quote through invoice software to expedite their tag job workflow.
Quotes are easily created and emailed to clients for convenient review and one tap approvals. Managers are notified when quotes are approved and work orders are created, assigned and scheduled automatically.
When work orders are completed, clients are notified and can receive a picture gallery with before and after pictures. Completed tickets are electronically sent to accounting with all back-up information for efficient invoicing and incentive payout reporting.
